Cherokee Place is a condominium community just south of downtown Orlando FL. Pardon me here but so there is no confusion, Cherokee Manor is the single family residences surrounding the townhomes. Cherokee Place is a small condominium complex in the beautifully wooded area. Both are very close to the downtown area.

Cherokee Place can be found on the north bank of Lake Cherokee. Just under 500 feet north is the 408. There are very few condos located here but the area is so nice I decided to include it. To know downtown Orlando is to love it and these homes are not only affordable but literally at the doorstep of the downtown area.

The condos

The condos were built in 1982. They vary in size from 1,557 to 2,384 square feet of living area. The bad news is only 6 have sold in the previous 3 years. Needless to say if you see one you are interested in contact us. If it is priced to sell it may not be available long. The 6 that sold ranged in price from $250,000 up to $465,000.
