The town of Ocoee

About Crown Point Woods
You fully expect to see a gated community when you drive to Crown Point Woods for the first time. There is after all only one entrance on the West side of Ocoee Apopka Vineland Rd. This community is in a really good location just a few miles from everything that you could need. The convenience of the 429 access even puts you within 30 minutes of Universal Resort and Disney.
You will soon learn your way around Northern Ocoee and rarely leave it. Just to the North is Forest Lake Golf Club which is surprisingly nice considering the low fees charged there. Lake Apopka is just to the West and it has nearly 50 square miles of surface area. Needless to say a great lake to ski on.
Local schools for this community
Local Schools for Crown Point Woods are Maxey Elementary, Ocoee Middle and Ocoee High School. Ocoee High School is very close to your new home. The HOA is $600 per year and there is a matching maintenance fee. This amount is subject to change but is current right now. There are restrictions and I can get you the documentation.
