Local commuting and shopping
Other than the lakefront lifestyle there are two great things about this area. The commuting for those who need to travel and the peace and quiet. However although the community is very peaceful it is actually only minutes away from access to the Florida Turnpike and Highway 50 for commuting. Publix Supermarket at East Towne Center is only 3 miles away to the west for groceries etc. You will find the Highway 50 is covered with useful stores and service providers.
