Of course you can easily commute to Universal or Disney and enjoy them whenever you want or your company/visitors want to. However the amenities are so good in some communities that you can easily justify staying home or close to home.
Lake Nona schools
Lake Nona has some of the best schools in the area. The sports programs and education are good enough that I have people call me wanting to live only in lake Nona. I am sure they will continue to improve as will the many activities in this area for the young and young at heart.
Prices for Lake Nona Townhomes usually start around $170,000 and go up to the low to mid $400,000's. There are fees that vary per community in addition to the house payment but from what I have seen they are all very similar.
