Getting to Magnolia Island is not done accidentally. It is in a secluded out of the way area. Magnolia Island Blvd. is on the far southern end of Hartle Road. As if it was meant to be hidden away.

The highest priced home was 1.1 million and it had probably the best lake view in the community. The others were all well under one million dollars.

Magnolia Island seldom has homes for sale. The reasons are the size of the community and the value. There are not many places you can get lakefront homes on Johns Lake for under one million. Clermont however has several very nice lakes which occasionally have homes for sale for under the one million dollar mark. The non lakefront homes in Magnolia Island are not only nice homes but this community is really beautiful. From the moment you pull up to either Magnolia Bay or Island you are impressed.
