Oviedo Park is located 2 miles north of Oviedo on The Park. The main entrance is on North Central Avenue (the 434) right before it turns west to go to the 417 and ultimately Winter Springs. This is a very nice townhome community with tile roofs and brick driveways. There is also a community pool and clubhouse near the gated entrance.

Community townhomes

The townhomes for sale that you will see here vary in size from 1,471 square feet to 1,672 square feet of living space. The homes all have the traditional 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths that are common in Oviedo. These homes were built from 2007-2009 and if there is a townhome for sale here and the size range is acceptable you should look into it. There are less than 80 homes in this community and only 9 to 10 homes sell every year. The median price for a home here is $225,000.
