There are currently less than 50 but hopefully more will be built. All of the homes overlook the central pond, they are all 2 story and they all have 2 car garages in the front of the home. These are all attractive trendy looking homes and they should be. Oviedo is modernizing and the Preserve of Oviedo On The Park is a center piece of it.

It is not very common to see a community like this one. I know some exist but not locally. Here you can walk to the park, restaurants etc in just minutes. Many could easily confuse it with a city center or something similar.
