Regency Hills is a gated community in Clermont Florida. Regency Hills is located on the south side of Hartwood Marsh Road 1.15 miles east of SR 27. It is located directly across the road from Hunter's Run a Cal-Atlantic community.
Regency Hills is a community of approximately 265 homes. There is a community pool, clubhouse, children's playground, basketball court and 2 tennis courts with ample parking. The Recreation is similar to that in a resort community and is located near the entrance.

In the previous 3 years 60 homes have sold in this neighborhood. That is a little high but not to unusual. Homes in Regency Hills have sold for prices ranging from $220,000 to $380,000. (updates available) Home sizes range from 1,686 to 3,883 square feet of living space. In Florida that number includes heated and cooled portions of the home. Not garage spaces etc. The location is fairly good. You can easily drive to Winter Garden or Windermere to the east or take SR 27 to the turnpike or south toward Tampa or Disney. Several new communities are being built in this area due to the location being popular.
