About Reserve at Meadow Lake

Reserve at Meadow Lake consists of homes and townhomes. Normally there are 2-4 homes for sale here and 23 homes sold in the last year. There is a community pool. Just to the South of this community is a LA Fitness, a Grocery Store and several other conveniences. Of course the Mall is also just a couple of miles away.

To the left is the community pool and clubhouse. It has adequate parking also on the opposite side. There you will also find the community mailboxes. The pool is private and has surveillance cameras.  

The town of Ocoee

Ocoee is a favorite by many FL residents. The latest Us Government Census has the population at 45,000 people. The reason many of those people chose Ocoee was the cost of living. A home in Ocoee cost much less than some of the surrounding cities. However Ocoee still has its' own mall, its own Hospital and some beautiful lakes. Not to mention quick access to the 429 and the turnpike enabling residents to be in downtown Orlando or visiting the famous local theme parks in a matter of 15-20 minutes. You can do everything in your own home town or be in one of the popular places quickly.  After buying a home in The Reserve at Meadow Lake if you are sitting around with nothing to do, it is by choice.

Local schools 

Prairie Lake Elementary, Ocoee Middle School and Ocoee High School. Always confirm the schools with the county when looking at a home for sale. Information changes. If it is important to you I will check it. Or I can search for homes that are for sale by school zone. I am very familiar with the county website. I do not ever use the MLS for finding out which schools provide local education for a home or neighborhood.

For the HOA expect $168 every 3 months for the Single Family Homes and $561 quarterly for the townhomes. There are matching maintenance fees.
