Fountain Parke at Lake Mary
Fountain Parke is the community shown above. It is a large townhome community and normally sells 60 homes each year. Needless to say that is a large percentage of the townhome market in Lake Mary. However this is a very nice community. Expect to pay $250-$400,000.
Grande Oaks at Heathrow
Grande Oaks is another very large community. Grande Oaks is located west of Interstate-4 on H E Thomas Jr Parkway. This is a great community for those who are commuting. It is very close to I-4 and there is access to the Interstate. A lot of townhomes sell here every year and the best can cost up to $500,000.
Lake Mary Landings
Lake Mary Landings is in eastern Lake Mary. Lake Mary Landings is also a fairly large townhome community. It is not far from Lake Jesup. I chose this community because of it's size and proximity to a major highway on the east side of Lake Mary. 17 homes sell here each year for an average price of $220,000
