Villa Capri at Metrowest-Orlando FL is a gated townhome community in the eastern portion of Metrowest. Villa Capris is approximately 5 miles west-southwest of downtown Orlando Florida. There are three entrances on Arnold Palmer Dr. and one from a small shopping center to the communities east.
Villa Capri was built from 2005-2007. The townhomes vary in size from 1,467 sf. to approximately 2,000. Not really huge for townhomes but respectable sizes for the area. The community also has a nice pool and amenities/fitness center overlooking a beautiful pond and fountain. It is centrally located and most residents simply walk to it.
The Market
Normally 9 townhomes sell in Villa Capri every year. That is one almost every 6 weeks but normal for a community this size in the Orlando area. This allows you to do some great market research on exactly what the homes should be costing.
Villa Capri is a nice community and in great location for college students or those who are commuting to other areas for work. Valencia College has its' western campus only a couple of miles away and this community is near South Kirkman Rd (the 435) which is excellent for commuting to the Florida Turnpike, local theme parks or even downtown Orlando.
Local Shopping
Shopping is never far away in Metrowest but there are even several restaurants near Villa Capri. To the south is a Walmart Supercenter and there are several other local options.
