Waterside is a very nice community consisting of 116 homes. Eight of those homes are lakefront homes. The homes were built between the years 1991-2001 and are up to 2,739 square feet. That calculation does not include garages screened in decks etc. Just heated and cooled portions of the home.

The market history of this beautiful Ocoee community is fairly stable. In the previous 3 years only 15 homes have sold. They ranged in price from $145,000 to $247,000 and none of those homes were lakefront. Ocoee is a great town for that price range. Many very nice homes are usually available for $250,000.
