Golden Oak

Golden Oak is definitely the way to go if you are operating on a higher budget. This community is located on Disney Property and is by far the most magical and Disney oriented. Everything in Golden Oak is world class and you will not be disappointed by the homes, your neighbors or the facilities. The staff go out of their way to please you and everyone who is fortunate enough to come with you will always remember their visit to Golden Oak.

Reunion Resort

Reunion Resort is probably my second pick. I say this because I do not golf but many do and Reunion Resort has three world class golf courses. Reunion is not on Disney property but is just a few minutes south. This is a fairly expansive resort and has restaurants, golf water parks etc. inside of it's gated and guarded entrances. If you are looking to purchase condos or larger homes to place inti a short term rental program this is also a great place to look. There are homes with up to 15 bedrooms and some make an incredible amount of money

Margaritaville

Margaritaville is my personnel favorite for many reasons. I can afford it here, I sell a lot of them, you can live here full time if you choose, it's beautiful etc. etc. There is a nearby waterpark, dining, shopping and of course Disney World is only minutes away. Margaritaville continues to grow for many reasons. The homes look like you are in the best part of Key West. US-192 is just to the north and if you have been here then you know that US-192 is loaded with touristy stuff. Encore at Reunion

The Encore at Reunion is a smaller independent resort located adjacent to Reunion Resort. You will find that this is a fairly spectacular and exciting place to live or visit as well. The Encore at Reunion has been expanding and is always busy. The Water Park is enough to keep many visitors here all day long. The homes for sale or rent are all fairly new and yes they rent very well. You can count on this location or any on this page to be good enough to please tenants enough that they will want to return. The Encore at Reunion is also gated and guarded to cut down on any concerns residents and tenants may have.

Windsor At Westside

Windsor at Westside is similar to the Encore at Reunion. There are quite a few larger than average townhomes here to compliment the many traditional homes. I say traditional but trust me there is a difference. The homes are built to accommodate owners and tenants and so are the amenities. No child would ever want to go to school is they could hang out at the amenities center at the Windsor at Westside. Not to mention it is a 10 minute ride to Disney World and just a little further to Universal Studios.

Champions Gate

ChampionsGate or Champions Gate actually both are correct. This community is located in Davenport Florida. ChampionsGate is a gated and guarded community originally built by Lennar Homes and is now expanding further northward. I have also sold quite a few homes here and it is a fairly easy sell. After all you can play unlimited golf and there are two incredible amenities centers. One is just for owners and the other is for owners and tenants. This is another hot spot for short term rentals however it has sections short term is not allowed. No matter what you are looking for you can find it here and this is why so many love it.

Solara Resort

Solara Resort is a fairly new location as well. It is located near Windsor at Westside and several others not mentions above. This too is a gated and guarded community with a grand entrance. The amenities are very nice although not as nice as some listed above. However it is definitely nice enough to make the top seven resorts in the area. The homes are as nice as you will find in most communities and on a bright sunny day Solara will please your tenants more than well enough to want to return again and again.
