Reunion Resort West has what are likely the most luxurious homes for sale in all of Reunion. Reunion Resort West is located west of Interstate-4 which is where it gets it's name. Reunion Resort West Villages North is also a subdivision here but is still just another name for the western portion of the grand community. Yes there are some very luxurious homes in the eastern side but over time you will see that the majority of them are here. Better views and better more exclusive places to just hang out. It is tough to beat a golf view home in the Reunion West portion.

The Bears Den

Probably the most notable and the newest addition to Reunion West is the Bears Den. The Bears den is located on Jack Nicklaus Ct and has some very incredible homes. These homes are within a short stroll the the clubhouse and the 17th and 18th greens on the Jack Nicklaus course. It is going to be tough to beat a setup like that. If your looking to be the envy of your friends or family. There are nicer homes here but for a total package the Bears Den may well be the way to go. Especially since the average around 1.5 million.

The Nicest homes here

Typically the nicest homes will be the most expensive. They will have the best views, the best features and the best benefits. Here in Reunion they are also the largest. There are some here with 14+ bedrooms and over 10,000 square feet. They lease for around $10,000 to $20,000 a week and I know of one which grossed over $400,000 last year. Needless to say it is very nice.

In Reunion West you will find the most luxurious homes on Golden Bear Drive, Muirfield Loop and Castle Pines Court. You will be amazed at the detail in the construction of these homes. Anyone could live in one of these homes and be proud and comfortable here. If not I certainly hope I get to help them purchase a home someday because it will have to be incredible.
